Sharòn Cohen Moore
Co-Founder
Sharòn is an EU-certified architect and global design leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping luxury retail, hospitality, and real estate environments. He has led architecture and design strategy for international brands including Prada, Fendi, and Burberry, delivering flagship stores and high-profile projects worldwide.
At Hencò, Sharòn brings a unique blend of creative vision and technical precision, advising developers, landlords, and investors on design quality, brand alignment, and long-term value creation. His background in both practice and academia—teaching design and brand identity in Switzerland—enables him to bridge strategic insight with rigorous design standards.

Dan Innes
Co-Founder,
Dan is a senior advisor in real estate and the built environment with over 25 years’ experience helping developers, investors, and cities enhance reputation, unlock growth, and drive long-term asset value. He has advised global property companies and funds including ADIA, BlackRock, Brookfield, CBRE, Westfield, Landsec, Diriyah, and The Crown Estate.
Working alongside his role as Founder of INNESCO, Dan has delivered high-profile projects worldwide, from the launch of Westfield Stratford City for the 2012 Olympics to strategic branding and communications for Unibail-Rodamco developments across Europe. He is recognised for his ability to see the broader property landscape—where branding, placemaking, and technology intersect to shape successful investments.

Dr Eleonora Cattaneo
Training Director
Director of the Master’s in Luxury Management and Guest Experience at Glion, Dr. Cattaneo brings extensive academic and industry expertise in marketing and luxury brand management. With a PhD in Marketing from the University of Pavia, an MBA from SDA Bocconi, and a BA from the University of Bristol, she has held leadership and faculty roles at Regent’s University, SDA Bocconi, and Swiss Education Group.
Her research explores rebranding, heritage branding, and sustainable consumer behavior in luxury. Alongside academia, she has advised global brands and leading luxury hospitality groups as a consultant and senior advisor.

Ana Gugic
Creative Director
Ana is an interior and product designer with two decades of international experience in luxury retail, furniture, and exhibition design. A graduate of the University of Architecture in Zagreb, she became Head of Interior and Product Design at Studio Fuksas in Rome, leading projects for Armani, Benetton, Alessi, iGuzzini, and Moroso.
She has also worked on exhibitions for clients such as British American Tobacco, Pirelli, and National Geographic, and since 2016 has been Senior Product Designer for New York-based Oswald Mill Audio. Today, Ana collaborates with Burberry, creating bespoke furniture and display concepts for flagship stores.

Gina Cohen
Retail Senior Expert
Gina is a retail leader with over 18 years of experience in luxury, premium, and lifestyle brands. She has held senior roles at Rapha, Prada, and Mulberry, managing multi-site operations across retail and F&B, leading flagship and boutique teams, and delivering store openings, relocations, and refits.
Skilled in building customer communities and developing operational structures, she has grown memberships, launched pop-ups, and driven double-digit revenue growth. Gina brings expertise in aligning brand identity with daily operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a stronger market presence.
